Secfi, Inc. is a technology company offering a range of financial products and services through its wholly-owned, separate but affiliated subsidiaries, Secfi Advisory Limited and Secfi Limited (each, an “Adviser” and collectively, the “Advisers”) and Secfi Securities, LLC (an SEC-registered broker-dealer).

Secfi, Inc., inclusive of its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Secfi”), is not a lender and does not make loans or credit decisions. Secfi provides a service to connect borrowers with a lender only and is not acting as a representative, agent, or correspondent for any service provider or lender. Loan product availability is subject to loan amount and qualifications of the borrower. Not every applicant qualifies or is eligible for every or any loan program. Except where required by law or regulation, Secfi does not endorse any particular service provider, lender, or loan product. Loan amounts and rates may vary significantly between borrowers. You are under no obligation to use Secfi’s services to initiate contact with a lender, request to connect with a lender, or accept any loan product from any service provider or lender.

As part of providing you with our services, we may obtain information about you from the following sources:

• Applications, forms, and other information that you provide to us, whether in writing, in person, by telephone, electronically, or by any other means. This information may include your name, address, employment information, income, and credit references.
• Your transaction with us, our affiliates, or others. This information may include your accounts, payment history, and other personal information.
• Consumer reporting agencies. This information may include account information and information about your creditworthiness.
• Public sources. This information may include public disclosures, employment records, telephone numbers, etc.

Secfi may disclose information to its affiliates, in accordance with its Privacy Policy, or as permitted or required by applicable law. In addition, Secfi may provide information about you to our service providers to help us process your applications or service your accounts. Our service providers may include billing service providers, mail and telephone service companies, lenders, appraisal companies, etc. We may also provide information about you to our service providers to help us perform marketing services.

Secfi does not guarantee that your loan request will be accepted by an authorized lender or other service provider. If you are offered a loan, Secfi does not guarantee that the fees and rates will be acceptable to you or that your loan will be funded. All decisions relating to your loan are the lenders’ decisions, not Secfi’s.
